Terms of Sale

What you're buying
- Each blind pack contains 3 different 58mm button pins from its 12-design set, one of them a holo, plus a free sticker.
- Designs are chosen at random. There are no duplicates inside a pack, but separate packs can repeat designs. You can't choose or exchange designs.
- Pins are handmade, so small variations in print, color and finish are normal and are not defects. Photos on the site are representative.
- Button pins have a sharp pin back and small parts. They are collectibles, not toys, and are not intended for children under 14.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include US shipping. Payment is processed by Stripe when you check out. If we can't fill an order, for example because a pack sold out or was priced in error, we will cancel it and refund you in full.
Shipping
- We ship to US addresses only, and shipping is free.
- Orders ship within 5 business days of payment, by USPS with tracking. Delivery times after that are set by USPS and are estimates, not guarantees.
- Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can fix it only before the label is created.
Lost packages
- If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or the package is returned to us undelivered, email us and we will reship your order or refund it.
- If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us within 14 days of the delivery date. We'll work with you and USPS and decide each case individually.
Returns and damaged items
- All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for designs you already have. Blind packs can't be resold once opened.
- If an item arrives broken or defective, or we sent the wrong pack, email a photo to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement free of charge. If the design can no longer be made, we'll send a comparable pin from the same set.
Our designs
All OgrePin artwork, names and photos belong to OgrePin. Buying a pin does not grant rights to reproduce the designs.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Changes
We may update these terms. An order is governed by the terms in effect when you placed it.
